PHP38 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the PHP38 platform — including all games, betting markets, payment features, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all activities conducted through your PHP38 account.

2 Account Eligibility

3 Account Registration

You may only hold one account on PHP38. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, payment method, phone number, or device used — is strictly prohibited. If PHP38 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your real name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, an active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address if requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

Your PHP38 account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share your login details with any other person. PHP38 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your account, contact PHP38 customer support immediately.

4 Deposits

All funds deposited into your PHP38 account must be in Philippine Pesos (₱). PHP38 accepts deposits through Philippine-approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard cards.

By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method being used. PHP38 does not accept deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the account suspended.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• PHP38 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your PHP38 account upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet deposits are typically instant.
• PHP38 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a deposit if fraud indicators are present.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your PHP38 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

PHP38 will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically complete within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution and any applicable cut-off times.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the cashier section of your PHP38 account.
• PHP38 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion of wrongdoing on your part.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not meeting requirements within the validity period will be forfeited.

• Only one bonus may be active in your PHP38 account at a time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

PHP38 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and may be restricted from participating in future promotions.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward PHP38 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the PHP38 platform's technical infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes PHP38's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

PHP38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• A violation of these Terms and Conditions by the account holder.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age or location restrictions.
• A valid self-exclusion request received from the account holder or a verified family member.
• An instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, PHP38 will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the account is subsequently reinstated, the balance will remain accessible. If the account is permanently closed due to a policy violation, any retained balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
